Senate Order 13 (2024 calendar year) 

Senate Order 13, known as the Murray Motion, requires that, twice a year, non-corporate Commonwealth entities publish details of individual contracts and their use of confidentiality provisions, for contracts that provide for a consideration to the value of $100,000 or more (GST inclusive) and which:

  1. have not been fully performed, or
  2. have been entered into during the 12 months prior.

The accountable authority of Climate Change Authority has assured that these contracts do not contain any inappropriate confidentiality provisions. A list of the Climate Change Authority's relevant procurement contracts is available through the Senate Order Report located on AusTender(Opens in a new tab/window) (www.tenders.gov.au/senateorder/list(Opens in a new tab/window)).

The estimated cost of complying with this Order is $400.00. This estimate is based on the hourly rate of personnel who worked specifically on this task.
